Fiber Laser
generator

The High End configuration is equipped with IPG Fiber Laser generators.
A world leader in the production of Fiber Laser generators and equipment with dozens of patents and constant development of technology, the American company IPG is a guarantor of quality and reliability.

The Medium End configuration is equipped with Raycus Fiber Laser generators made in China.

Cutting parameters

During the installation of the CNC system, the Wurth engineering team performs testing and defining the optimal cutting parameters for the desired types and thicknesses of materials.

Economy

Very high power utilization: Over 40% for IPG. Up to 25% for Raycus.

High endurance

Constant operation during serial production without interruption. Negligible degree of power loss during many years of use.

Exceptional strength

Generators up to 12kW. Cutting of structural steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper and alloys.

Constant cut quality

Depending on the selected power of the generator and the purpose of the system, the configuration consists of a Raytools (Switzerland) or Precitec (Germany) laser head.

Both manufacturers are characterized by low operating costs and constant quality of cuts during serial production in industrial conditions.

HIGH END Configuration

The complete control system includes servo motors and a controller developed by the world leader in the production of CNC systems, the Italian company ESAutomotion, and guarantees compatibility, precision and ease of use during many years of machine operation. The machine is designed to enable fast and accurate diagnostics and timely replacement of components whose improper operation can lead to downtime.

MEDIUM END CONFIGURATION

CAM software and all options for control and monitoring of the cutting process are integrated into one program - Cypcut, which further speeds up the work process during series production.
Cypcut software allows easy use of all system functionalities. When cutting pipes, Tube PRO software is available to the user.

The Medium End configuration is equipped with advanced servo motors from the Israeli company Servotronix.

The construction of the high-capacity working platform is released from the stresses generated during welding.
The Post Weld Heat Treatment process prevents the occurrence of deformations on the machine structure, which guarantees constant precision and durability of the system during many years of use in industrial working conditions.

Laser head bridge

High stiffness aluminum beam

The bridge carrying the laser head is an extremely rigid aluminum beam of complex cross-section, characterized by a high moment of inertia about both axes.
The beam is made of aluminum alloy, most often used in the aircraft industry, by the process of drawing under high pressure.

This ensures the preservation of geometry and constant cutting precision after many years of exposure to cyclic thermal load resulting from cutting with fiber laser technology.

Automatic lubrication
system

ALL UNITS ARE EQUIPPED WITH AUTOMATIC CENTRAL LUBRICATION CARTRIDGES.

The advantage of such a system, in addition to lower operating costs, are very simple maintenance, controlled lubricant consumption and even lubrication of all transmission elements.

PRECISION, DURABILITY AND FUNCTIONALITY AFTER MANY YEARS OF USE

High dynamic performance of the laser head, in addition to a sophisticated control system, is guaranteed by precisely installed toothed racks and linear guides with proven mechanical and geometric characteristics.
Helical gears, reducers and racks are a product of the Swiss company Güdel. Linear guides were developed by the world leader in this field, the Taiwanese company Hiwin.
Parallelism, directionality and leveling during the installation of all transmission components are repeatedly checked using the most modern optical and laser instruments of high sensitivity.

during the cutting process

ELECTROMAGNETIC VALVES FOR ALL THREE TYPES OF GAS - N2, O2, Air

Computer control of gas flow and pressure when cutting all types of metals. The predefined parameters are adjusted to the type and thickness of the metal, as well as the complexity of the elements to be cut.

Economical cutting of stainless steel and aluminum

Thanks to solenoid valves to control the flow and pressure of nitrogen, the cost of cutting is up to 40% lower, compared to standard CNC Fiber Laser systems.

The stability of the whole system largely depends on the reliability of all electrical components. Differential current protection devices, circuit breakers, electrical fuses, relays, surge arresters, AC actuators, adjustable frequency actuators, servo amplifiers, servomotors and controllers are the product of proven leaders in the field of electrical components.

Over 30 years of experience in developing CAM software for CNC cutting. Highly sophisticated, user-friendly software for automated production of cutting lists enables maximum material savings and full utilization of CNC system performance.
The software enables the preparation of parameters for cutting the most complex shapes, generating reports and a whole set of additional functionalities that increase the speed of work and the degree of automation of the entire process.

filtration unit

The Donaldson gas filtration unit, made in the USA, guarantees maximum efficiency in removing harmful gases generated during the cutting process. A completely closed cutting cabin, with a system of chambers that are activated by means of microswitches, depending on the position of the laser head, further increases the filtration efficiency.

Pneumatic grip - the ability to control the grip force depending on the stiffness of the pipe. Work on pipes with a total weight of up to 200 kg, regardless of length.

PIPE CUTTING MODULE CABIN

Optionally, we recommend choosing a cab that completely covers the pipe cutting module. The cabin guarantees complete efficiency of gas filtration.

FLEXIBLE PIPE LOADING

All configurations allow loading of pipes from all directions: From the front through the opening of the footer. On the side - forklift or other type of machinery. From the top - a crane.

There is a possibility of installing an additional system for receiving and unloading pipes after cutting. This system significantly increases productivity and enables easier manipulation of cut elements, with significantly less need to use machinery inside the plant.
