FIBER LASER GENERATOR

The choice of generator power is defined according to the type and thickness of the metal to be welded. High power utilization, reliability and zero maintenance are the main advantages of the generator produced by world leaders in the field of commercial fiber laser technology - IPG Photonics or Raycus.

WIRE FEEDER UNIT

Advanced welding parameter control enables the use of welding wire during welding process.
External wire feeding unit increases material input and welding of joints with gap up to 1 mm.

THREE
OPERATING MODES

Linear welding - The laser beam is focused on one point and is constantly active. Ideal for continuous connection.

Spot welding - Laser beam is activated in periods depending on the setting and purpose. Ideal for preparing elements before welding by other procedures.

Swing mode - automatic and controlled change of laser beam focus for easier connection of elements and better visual effect.

An additional laser beam enables precise positioning and guidance during operation. An additional device inside the burner compensates for sudden movements. A total of 3 different consumables that characterize long service life - low operating costs.
